We are committed to keeping our employees, customers and communities healthy. As a result, there are some extended processing and delivery times on customer orders as we integrate COVID safe protocols into our workplace. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these challenging times.
Dispatch times: We will continue to despatch orders within 1-2 working days of being received.
Customer Service: Please allow 1-2 business days for email responses. If your inquiry is urgent, please call us on 03 8376 1180 after 6pm.
Delivery times: The introduction of additional border restrictions in Queensland and South Australia and the introduction of Stage 4 Restriction in Melbourne due to COVID -19 pandemic, our delivery agent including Australia Post s have changed some procedures to ensure they are meeting lockdown restriction and maintaining hygiene and social distancing requirements. This may impact delivery times and the parcels tracking feature resulting in an extended delivery time, rest assured that all of us here at My Perfect Cosmetics Company are committed to keeping your deliveries moving.

Across the My Perfect Cosmetics Company we continue prioritise the safety of our staff and have implemented additional hygiene and distancing measures including with our warehouse partners, these include:
- Separate workspaces with no more than 2 employees in the same building.
- Social distancing
- Mask-wearing at all times
- Hand sanitiser at every workstation
- Regular testing of staff including daily symptoms checks

By now we are all aware of the severity of COVID-19 and the need to keep you and your family safe. While skincare might be the last thing on your mind, we believe that self-care is important at all times, especially when you may be feeling a little anxious. This is the time we all need to make sure we take the time to look after our mental as well as our physical health, that might be doing an at home workout, treating yourself to a facial treatment.
Our team is doing everything we can to make sure you still have access to all of your favourite products and advice, and we have added some extra special pamper packages for you to enjoy during this time.
