Delivery Times – Australian Orders
All of our products are shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing on top of the shipping times highlighted below. All of our shipments are sent via Australia Post and shipping times will vary based on your location. Please see further details below explaining shipping times for your state:
Same-state deliveries (Victoria)
- Most items are arriving within 2 business days
- Allow up to 7 business days
- Most items are arriving within 4 business days
- Allow up to 9 business days
COVID-19 Shipping Update
We are experiencing delays due to the current restrictions in VIC, NSW and ACT. Please expect delays of 5 days on top of shipping delays with Australia Post.
Delivery Times – New Zealand Orders
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our Melbourne Warehouse, Australia. You will receive your order within 6-12 business days following dispatch. Your tracking number will be emailed and/ or SMS to you via Australia Post within 1-2 business days following dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch of your order, your tracking number will be emailed and/or SMS to you via Australia Post within 1-2 business days. You may track the progress of your shipment at anytime through the link attached in your email. Please note, orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
If no one is home to receive your delivery, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. If there is no safe place, it will be taken to a local Post Office and Australia Post will email you when it’s available to collect
Will my package go through the letterbox?
This will depend on the size of your package. If you are unable to take delivery of your order, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. If there is no safe place, it will be taken to a local Post Office and delivery slip will be left with you.
