To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our Customer Service Team prior to returning products. You have 14 days for us to receive the products once notified, you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days. If 30 days have expired since receiving your purchase, unfortunately you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
