To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our Customer Service Team prior to returning products. You have 14 days for us to receive the products once notified, you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

If an item is defective or damaged and you request an exchange of the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 03 8376 1180 . The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you can vary, dependent on where you live.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time. For the most-up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. We generally ask for 5-9 business days to receive your order, however it is usually within 3-5 business days. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Your order will be delivered using TOLL. However please note, if you require your products sent to a PO Box, this will be sent using Australia Post.
TOLL do not require a signature when leaving your package. TOLL can leave your products as long as they deem the area safe.
This will depend on the size of your package. If you are unable to take delivery of your order, TOLL will leave your package in a safe location if they deem the area safe.
