To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our Customer Service Team prior to returning products. You have 14 days for us to receive the products once notified, you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Delivery FAQs

Delivery Times:

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time. for the most-up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. All orders are dispatched within the next two business days, and we generally ask for 14 calendar days of the date of our dispatch confirmation. some remote destinations within australia may take a little longer. orders are processed for delivery on working days only (monday through friday, excluding public holidays).

Tracking Your Order:

All orders are dispatched next business day. Upon dispatch of your order, your tracking number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at anytime through the link attached in your email. All orders are sent Via Norsk Shipping. Once your order has arrived in Australia it will be delivered via Australia Post.

What happens if I am not home to receive my order?

If no one is home to receive your delivery, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. If there is no safe place, it will be taken to a local Post Office and Australia Post will email you when it's available to collect.

Will my package go through the letterbox?

This will depend on the size of your package. If you are unable to take delivery of your order, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave your package, it will be taken to your local post office and a delivery slip will be left with you.
