Can I wear make-up with My Perfect Eyes?

Absolutely! My Perfect Eyes gives an instant result but it is best to allow around 20 minutes before applying make-up to ensure the product has completely set. However, you should not use an oil based make-up on top of My Perfect Eyes as they can dissolve the ‘web’ like structure that My Perfect Eyes forms and therefore diminish the effects. A mineral based foundation, cream to powder, compressed powder/bronzer or a mousse is best applied gently with a make-up brush.

Can I use moisturiser when using My Perfect Eyes?

You can use moisturiser in conjunction with My Perfect Eyes, however 'oil-based' products will dissolve My Perfect Eyes, so we suggest using mineral & water based make-up to get the best effect.

How Should My Perfect Eyes be stored?

Excess of temperature may have adverse effects on the product, so it is best to store My Perfect Eyes at an ambient room temperature and use within 18 months of opening, with the lid fully tightened to stop premature oxidisation.

How should My Perfect Eyes be Removed?

My Perfect Eyes should be removed with warm water only. Soak two cotton pads in water and place over the eyes and allow the product to simply dissolve.

How long should a bottle of My Perfect Eyes last for?

My Perfect Eyes comes in a 100 and 200 application bottles (10g & 20g). Used every day a 200 application bottle should last over 3 months but some customers say that using it for weekends and special occasions only it can last all year, if stored properly.

Will My Perfect eyes have long-term beneficial effects?

My Perfect Eyes is not a ‘treatment’ for fine lines and wrinkles but a cosmetic temporary solution. It does not penetrate the skin as the magnesium contained in the lotion ensures it does not penetrate the dermis or epidermis. It simply lies on the surface, therefore no stretching or pulling of the skin occurs.

Is My Perfect Eyes harmful?

No, it is perfectly safe to use – it is classified as a clear cosmetic, alongside other cosmetics that do contain colour, such as concealers, lipsticks etc.

Why does My Perfect Eyes leave a white, powder residue sometimes?

There are three possible reasons why a powdery white substance can appear:

  1. The bottle has not been shaken enough, prior to use.
  2. Too much product has been used. Only a thin layer of My Perfect Eyes should be applied and then blend over the top of the cheekbone and under the eye.
  3. There is an oil-based product present, either underneath or has been applied afterwards.

What are the long-term beneficial effects of My Perfect Facial?

If you decide to stop using My Perfect Facial on a regular basis your face will just go back to normal but customers who have used My Perfect Facial over a period of time have reported improvements in the elasticity and muscle tone of their skin even when not applied as often.

How often should My Perfect Facial be used?

It is a weekly treatment but it is recommended that it is first applied three times in quick succession, twice the week after that and once a week thereafter for maintenance.

How long does the Perfect Facial kit last for?

You get 5, 10 or 50 treatments from the kit for your face and neck applications, depending on what kit you go for!

How should My Perfect Facial be stored?

Best stored at room temperature.

What’s in My Perfect Facial?

It contains a unique blend of herb, fruit extracts, proteins, minerals and enzymes. Two of the ingredients, cornstarch and papaya, are used to tighten and exfoliate and Sea Algae helps to refine the pores.

Delivery FAQ’s

How long does delivery take?

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time. For the most-up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. We generally ask for 5-9 business days to receive your order, however it is usually within 3-5 business days. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered using TOLL. However please note, if you require your products sent to a PO Box, this will be sent using Australia Post.

Does my package need signing for?

TOLL do not require a signature when leaving your package. TOLL can leave your products as long as they deem the area safe.

Will my package go through the letterbox?

This will depend on the size of your package. If you are unable to take delivery of your order, TOLL will leave your package in a safe location if they deem the area safe.
